NOMADTREK & “TAPIR JUNGLE LODGE” RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
DEPOSITS FOR RESERVATIONS
40% of the total amount of the tour will be required as prepay. The 60% left has to be paid at the moment of the reservation.
Along with the confirmation the following documentation is required: Passport numbers, nationality, meal or health requirements, rooming list as well as any other documentation required or considered necessary.
The full payment has to be made 20 days prior the departure.
The following penalties will apply when passengers/agencies cancel the tour:
From 19 to 15 days: 30% of the total amount
From 14 to 09 days: 50% of the total amount
From 08 to 01 days: 100% of the total amount
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REFUNDS:
A penalty of 20% of the value of the service will be charged in the event that there is a date change in the itinerary that has been confirmed.
It is strictly forbidden to use hair dryers or any device of high voltage consumption on the premises of the lodge. Any serious damage to the lodge’s electrical system may be charged to the passenger.
The tour will be fully refunded ONLY when NOMADTREK S.A. has cancelled the tour due to unforeseen problems or external reasons, such as: adverse weather conditions, natural catastrophes, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, war, quarantine, state of emergency as well as any other contemplated by law.
In this case NOMADTREK reserves the right to charge 8% of the total amount of the Tour, in order to cover administrative matters.
There is not reimbursement in the event that the passenger is not present on the dates of the tour.
NOMADTREK S.A. is a tour operator and as such is responsible for tour transportation, and tour operation. We are not responsible or liable for any inconvenience passengers may have with airlines or hotels.
NOMADTREK S.A. is not responsible for any delays, inconveniences, accident expenses or misfortune of any kind resulting entirely or partially from negligence of others or from causes beyond its control.
NOMADTREK S.A. does not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or change in air or others services, caused by any of the reasons mentioned in the first paragraphs. All such loses or expenses will be borne by the passenger.
NOMADTREK S.A. reserves the right to substitute lodging accommodations, transportation, and any changes in the itinerary when considered necessary in order to preserve the integrity of the service and passenger safety.
NOMADTREK S.A will not discriminate against any individuals due to age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality or any other reason.
By accepting the terms and conditions of the tour, the passenger voluntary assumes all risks, involved whether expected or unexpected.
We recommend all passengers to acquire appropriate travel insurance.
